Most UK destinations are delivered in 2-5 working days but some postcodes can take a little longer. Please note that during bank holiday periods our warehouse is closed and orders will be despatched on the next working day.

We made the decision to only ship our goods by sea from our manufacturers rather than air freight, so we are keeping our carbon footprint as low as we can. This can mean that occasionally we have styles that will go out of stock. Where possible we always open pre orders or waiting lists when we have new stock arriving so that you don't miss out.

We have a commitment to reducing landfill through recycling and handbag donations to charitable causes, womens refuges and community projects. If you have a bag that you would like to donate, please contact us and we will send you a returns label.

Both our styles have laptop sleeves - Charli fits up to a 15" and Lea fits up to a 13".

Most 500ml bottles will fit in, but please try yours as it will depend on the exact make, the shape and what else you are carrying in your bag. Be sure not to remove any labels when trying your bag in case you need to return it!
